Roach Dynamos 3 Rossendale Amateurs reserves 1 (att 15)
Routine win for the home side against the division's bottom club, although they had to come from behind after Rossendale took a surprise first half lead.
Roach were level thanks to a penalty for a trip in the box, then a goalkeeping error helped put them in front before half time. In the second half Roach scored a third, again a mistake by the Rossendale keeper, although he made some good saves during the game.
Roach's ground is a basic as you'd expect for this level, just a public playing field with the changing rooms at one end. The pitch isn't roped off, although they may have to next season if they manage promotion to the Premier Division. A grass bank on one side gives a decent view of the action.
