Gather FC are a new side based around Manchester's Hong Kong community. They're following in the footsteps of Konger FC, who played in the league last season before switching to afternoon football. Surprisingly for a newly-formed team, they've been placed in the higher of the league's two divisions, the tautologically-titled 'division one premier'. On the evidence of their opening fixture they might struggle. It was an comfortable morning for Beechfield, even though it took until the second half before they scored the second of their six goals.
